Aware of the importance of listening to our users, and committed to improving the educational experience in the Library, the objective of this renewal is to facilitate a truly memorable information discovery and search process. In this sense, an exhaustive analysis was carried out using satisfaction measurement instruments, such as the Graduate Survey (ECAG), the General Library Satisfaction Survey and recognized international standards, such as LibQual. Thanks to this analysis, the key aspects that require updating were identified to offer an even more enriching educational experience.
