Explore the recordings of the Teacher Well-being Program, where specialists from different disciplines provide tips and insights to support academic growth and enhance life quality.

In the most recent session from February to June 2025, we focused on Teaching and leadership, Social and emotional well-being, Mindful health and wellness, and Financial self-management as our main themes. Below, we share a brief overview of them:

In "Teaching and Leadership: Inspiring with Authenticity," Lourdes Ocampo and Antonio Águila illustrated how authentic leadership can inspire and motivate students.

América Braun and Rodrigo Rocha presented "Discovering Life's Purpose: The Ikigai Approach," an approach aimed at empowering teachers toward conscious leadership in both their profession and personal lives.

In “Intergenerational challenges: taking on socioemotional burdens in the classroom,” María Margarita De la Peña shared strategies to connect with the needs and talents of today's students.

Eduardo Carrillo, Fresia Hernández, and Yareni Gutiérrez engaged in a discussion on the importance of mindful self-care and the adoption of health-prioritizing habits in the panel “Flourish with each breath, enhance your well-being: the power of habits for active care.”

"Emotional hunger: when my emotions are hungry and not my body" delved into the approach of Psycho-Nutrition, with an emphasis on emotional hunger, led by María de la Paz Toldos, María Fernanda Grajales, and Michell Castro.

Antonio Martínez Martínez, in "Happy teachers, happy classrooms: laughter therapy for Well-being,” showcased the positive effects of laughter therapy on emotions.

The “Dialogue building Bullying-free learning spaces” enabled Lenin Adolfo Zamorano and Viviana Sánchez to raise awareness about the importance of identifying and addressing bullying in the classroom. Marisela Alvarado presented " Mindful care: a conversational forum for Faculty" providing resources for the effective management of emotional crises in the classroom.

Finally, Guillermo Arau explored tools and resources to confidently and successfully make the leap toward entrepreneurship in “Retirement with entrepreneurship.”
