The National Teachers' Meeting (RNP) 2024 was a space for reflection and learning during the annual meeting of the professional and graduate academic community of Tecnológico de Monterrey. In the milestone of a world driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI), this three-day event stood out for its invitation to know and visualize not only the reaches of technology, but also the exciting cultural change in which human flourishing plays a leading role.
Teachers from all over the country joined in this event, sharing experiences and learning. The Dialogue Tables invited teachers to reflect on the impact of AI in different fields of teaching, from teaching practice and creativity, to its responsible use and its impact on sustainable development. Teachers not only joined the discussion, but also worked on proposals on how AI can improve and advance education.
During the Development Workshops, workshops were offered on different topics such as Teaching Excellence, Educational Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Teacher's Well-being, Diversity, Inclusion, Sustainability, among others. In addition, two intensive workshops were offered: LXD Week and AI Enriched Learning. The objective of these development days is that teachers not only learn about the topics, but are also able to apply what they have learned in their classrooms. The participation of our teachers in the artificial intelligence track stands out, with 2,803 participants/course and 1,139 unique participants.

1. The AI Guide: An essential tool was shared with professors so they could quickly understand what AI is and how it is promoted from Tecnológico de Monterrey. To read the guide, click here.
2. Talk by MJ Petroni: This expert on the complex relationships between humans and machines addressed the topic of cultivating a thriving mindset in the age of AI. Expect access to all the talks from the event in this week's upcoming release.

The RNP 2024 has been an exciting and enriching event that helped teachers to understand and reflect on the evolution of education in the era of Artificial Intelligence.
