The new teacher development model for high school is designed to improve educational quality and the comprehensive preparation of teachers, aligned with the PrepaTec Educational Model.

The basic training courses are designed and selected to provide teachers who are facing a classroom for the first time with the resources and tools necessary to attend to their students in the best possible way. These courses cover key aspects to ensure effective integration and high-quality teaching from day one.

An introductory course for new teachers that allows them to learn about various aspects of PrepaTec, such as its educational model, academic programs, and student life, among others.

Apply basic teaching skills to identify strengths and areas of opportunity in the design and delivery of lessons.

This course will allow the teacher to get to know the Grade Viewer tool and support the academic tracking of students. It will also help them familiarize themselves with the evaluation plan for their course and systematize the grade recording process.
