New Faculty

When you start as a teacher at TEC, one of the main activities to be carried out is the teacher preparation to teach your classes.

We invite you to participate in the "Teacher Welcome" sessions in which you will learn in detail about the training courses offered, the support program for new teachers and the help channels of the Center for Teacher Development and Educational Innovation (CEDDIE).

Get to know the training offer for the preparation stage

 

In this course you will learn strategies that contribute to the meaningful learning of your students.

 

At the end of this workshop, you will learn about the possibilities of Canvas as a learning enabler and how to use it in a basic way.

 

 

You will learn the elements of the current educational model from a real problem.

 

 

You will learn the evaluation scheme of the training unit, considering the guidelines of the Tec 21 evaluation model.

Before you begin your teaching activity, we invite you to listen to a message from the Director of Faculty Development and Welfare of Tecnológico de Monterrey and to review the contents of the welcome session. We are sure they will be of value to you as you begin your work as a faculty member.
