The new teacher development model for high school is designed to improve educational quality and the comprehensive preparation of teachers, aligned with the PrepaTec Educational Model.

In the center, we observe a training path focused on teaching excellence, consisting of three stages: Know, Consolidate, and Transcend.

Surrounding the path, we find the teaching competencies aligned with the PrepaTec Educational Model.

We can also identify the importance of teacher development in the dimensions of teaching, intellectual vitality, and service.

At the base of the path, there is a constant focus on well-being, promoting development always accompanied by it.

Proceso formativo Prepatec

The basic training courses are designed and selected to provide teachers who are facing a classroom for the first time with the resources and tools necessary to attend to their students in the best possible way. These courses cover key aspects to ensure effective integration and high-quality teaching from day one.

To understand the update of the PrepaTec Educational-Training Model and implement it successfully in your classes.

An introductory course for new teachers that allows them to learn about various aspects of PrepaTec, such as its educational model, academic programs, and student life, among others.

Apply basic teaching skills to identify strengths and areas of opportunity in the design and delivery of lessons.

Identify the rights and responsibilities of students through the knowledge of the RGE and its importance as a guide for action and the promotion of the student's overall development.

This course will allow the teacher to get to know the Grade Viewer tool and support the academic tracking of students. It will also help them familiarize themselves with the evaluation plan for their course and systematize the grade recording process.

Understand the elements that make up the micro-teaching methodology to apply active learning strategies within the context of the educational model at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Provide the teacher with the basic knowledge to personalize and adapt a course on the CANVAS platform.

The training card is a tool that helps the teacher plan and track their progress in training and professional development. It serves as a personal record where completed courses, pending courses, and the annual accredited hours are observed and documented.
