Conexión CEDDIE is a national virtual attention service for teachers, focused on meeting the main needs and requests required by the processes of teaching practice in the educational models of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. CEDDIE offers you two services: Virtual assistance service Model of attention of CONEXIÓN CEDDIE: Remote assistance service with a maximum time of 20 minutes, where we can support you to resolve specific and quick doubts about your teaching practice. Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Service secuence Scheduled advisor service If you require personalized attention to resolve situations that need more time, schedule an appointment with the CEDDIE in your region. Model attentions of CITAS CEDDIE: Remote assistance service is programmed with a maximum attention time of 60 minutes, where we can support you in resolving doubts about your teaching practice.
