The Faculty Mentorship Program is based on a relationship between teaching colleagues, where they share their experience with each other, under a fundamental premise: the creation of capacities for human flourishing, through development in the most relevant areas of their teaching work. It is an initiative that aims to reduce the learning curve and adaptation to the Tec21 Educational Model, empowering the talent of teachers to ensure the quality of its implementation. Participate in this program that reduces the learning and adaptation curve to the Tec21 Educational Model, under the guidance of a teaching mentor during your first experience teaching a class. How do I participate in the faculty mentoring program? Attend your CEDDIE Welcome session or Induction to learn about the benefits of having a mentor’s support. You will receive an invitation email in your tec.mx email account. Fill out the invitation form to confirm your interest in participating. You will receive an email from your teaching mentor, respond as soon as possible to start the process. Schedule all sessions with your mentor in your calendar.
