Faculty Mentorship Program

Are you a new faculty member?

Participate in this program that reduces the learning and adaptation curve to the Tec21 Educational Model, under the guidance of a teaching mentor during your first experience teaching a class.

How do I participate in the faculty mentoring program?

1. Attend your CEDDIE Welcome session or Induction to learn about the benefits of having a mentor’s support.
2. You will receive an invitation email in your tec.mx email account.
3. Fill out the invitation form to confirm your interest in participating.
4. You will receive an email from your teaching mentor, respond as soon as possible to start the process.
5. Schedule all sessions with your mentor in your calendar.

Do you want to strengthen your teaching practice?

1. Go to your academic leader and talk to him or her to apply for the program and validate if you are a candidate.
2. The regional leader of the CEDDIE teacher mentoring program will send you an acceptance email and assign you a mentor.
3. Generate together with your mentor the work plan that you will carry out and put it into practice.

Do you want to be a mentor in the faculty mentorship program?

1. Talk to your academic leader and post yourself in the following self-diagnosis.

   
    

2. You will receive a letter of acceptance and invitation to the program from the regional leader of the CEDDIE teacher accompaniment program, who will inform you of the details of the program.

3. You are assigned a mentee to whom you will give follow-up and support to generate your work plan and carry it out.
