As a faculty member at the Undergraduate or Graduate levels at Tecnológico de Monterrey, you are invited to participate in the wide range of courses called CADi (Cursos de Actualización en la Disciplina in Spanish), available during the summer of 2026. This initiative, developed in collaboration with the National Schools, includes both virtual and in-person courses that will be available throughout June and July.

Upcoming bootcamp at the Development and Wellbeing Day: Collaborative design of learning experiences with a universal approach 
In this bootcamp, which will be available in the Teaching Excellence track through the Development and Wellbeing Day at the upcoming RNP 2026, you will learn about experience design and community work to create inclusive and innovative learning environments. This is one of the three bootcamps aligned with the MDBF, giving every professor the opportunity to advance along their development paths.
In the Teaching Excellence track, you will be able to learn about person-centered educational experiences 
In the Development and Wellbeing Day at the upcoming RNP 2026, you will be able to explore various trends and educational experiences focused on active learning, neurodiversity, and the student experience through a variety of courses, workshops, or the bootcamp.
Stay tuned to your institutional email! Except for the three simultaneous bootcamps with limited capacity that appear at the RNP 2026 registration, the rest of the Day's offerings with more than 100 courses and workshops can be viewed a few days before the event and do not require prior registration.

MDBF at the Development and Wellbeing Day of RNP 2026
 

At the upcoming 2026 National Faculty Summit, the Development and Wellbeing Day program will be aligned with the Faculty Development and Wellbeing Model (MDBF). These formative experiences will be focused on the development of faculty competencies.

Stay tuned to your institutional email! Except for the three bootcamps (limited capacity) aligned with the MDBF that are already available at the RNP 2026 registration, the rest of the courses and workshops aligned with the MDBF will be available for viewing a few days before the event. You will identify these courses and workshops by a specific label, and they do not require prior registration.

 
 
 
Showcase your impact and earn accreditation for it

Explore your options, choose your path, and showcase your teaching impact at an institutional level. Take part in the second documentation and accreditation window, open from May 18 to June 6. As you document your implementation:

  • Your teaching practice is assessed by academic peers.
  • Your skills and competencies are formally acknowledged.
  • Your progress is showcased through your training card and institution-backed micro-credentials.
Your MDBF Training ID Card Has Evolved!

Starting today, you can access your faculty development information through a more integrated, intuitive, and user-friendly experience within the CEDDIE website.

In your Training ID Card, you will find: 

  • Your completed learning experiences.
  • Your progress across MDBF competencies.
  • Your training history from the most recent academic cycle. 

Log in to the CEDDIE website using your institutional credentials and review your information.

RNP 2026: Registration now open!
 
Registration for RNP 2026 will be open from May 28 to June 12. Join this virtual edition and experience three days designed to drive your development, enhance your skills, and strengthen the faculty community under the theme: "Educating with hope: Sharing knowledge, building a community."
 

Go to rnp.tec.mx and click the "REGISTER" button, which will take you to the Whova platform to complete your registration. If you have questions, watch this tutorial.
