Teaching excellence is based on the academic commitment of professors who are up-to-date and have mastered their subject matter, ensuring relevant and current instruction. According to the Faculty's Development and Well-being Model (MDBF), this excellence is reflected in the ability to connect learning with real-world contexts, promoting meaningful and transformative experiences. Furthermore, professors provide continuous and formative feedback, intellectually challenge their students to foster critical thinking, and create an environment of trust and respect that promotes well-being, collaboration, and holistic development.
